The Superseal 1,5 series complies with the international standards of IEC 529, DIN/ISO 40050 standard, as well as the protection class IP67 and is therefore suitable for use in the automotive industry, agriculture and engineering industry. Can also be used on sensors. The included 1- to 4-pin racks are resistant to ozone, salts, gasoline, diesel, brake fluid and engine oil.

The plug housings for connecting flat plugs or blade receptacles in sizes 1,5 and 2,8mm facilitate electrical connection between the cable harnesses and a variety of electronic components. A safety slider which works in both directions (even for designs with two rows) is integrated into the housing. Through simple and safe handling, this allows the secondary lock of the contacts to be realised and thereby also guarantees the safety of the electrical contacting. It is only possible to connect the plug if the secondary lock is active. The plug housings can be used in all areas of a vehicle (engine bay, interior, areas exposed to splash water etc.). With these housings (in a neutral version), we offer a reliable coupling connection for vehicle construction.
