For repairs on cars, motorbikes, as well as other vehicles or metal surfaces. Quick drying, with good filling power, high efficient, adheres well. Can be used on substrates such as iron, steel, hardened and ground old coatings, well-dried Mipa 1K and 2K filler materials.

1K wipe-on filler, dark gray
For filling and closing micropores, especially in the plastics sector.

Application method:
Rub into the porous substrate in circular movements with a dry, clean and lint-free cloth pad. Remove excess material after drying (approx. 5 - 10 min. / 20 °C) with a cloth moistened with Mipa Plastic Cleaner or Mipa Silicone Remover.

For priming or pre-painting of metal surfaces, corrosion protection, forms a strongly adhering surface, runs well, dries quickly, equalizes smallest unevenness, reduces the topcoat consumption. Can be painted over with water-based paints, air-drying acrylic, synthetic resin and nitro combination paints. Dust-dry after 20 minutes, hold after 30 minutes, sandable after 2-4 hours.
Note: Do not spray on synthetic resin paints!

chromate-free 1K-repair filler based on epoxy resin
Also suitable as a corrosion protection primer and has a very high insulating effect against moisture. Can be used on sustainable , old ground paintwork and factory primers or directly on steel, aluminum and galvanized surfaces. Has a quick drying and very good griding ability. Due to the very fine atomization, run-off zones without coarse spray mist are possible in the spot repair area. Paintable with all common solvent and water-based 1K and 2K topcoat systems.

1K-primer, usable as primer or filler
Professional spray for small repairs and sanding places. Solid, acrylic-firm, with high corrosion protection and excellent adhesion on iron, steel. zinc and aluminium as well as overpaintable on plastics in cars area (if necessary, we recommend an overcoating test). Only work on well degreased surfaces. Sand zinc and aluminium. Do not use on thermoplastic substrates. Do not overwork with polyester spray filler. Paintable with solvent-based and water-dilutable 1K and 2K paints.

With active corrosion protection for the vehicle area. Suitable for iron, steel, zinc and aluminum as well as overpaintable plastics used in passenger cars (if necessary, we recommend an overcoating test). Only work on well degreased surfaces. Sand zinc and aluminum. Do not use on thermoplastic substrates. Do not overwork with polyester spray filler. Paintable with solvent-based and water-dilutable 1K and 2K paints.

adhesion primer for a wide variety of substrates, UV-stable, colorless
Completely colorless, universal plastic primer for use on plastics commonly used in the automotive sector (e.g. PP-EPDM, ABS, PC, ABS-PC, PMMA, PA, PUR, PVC, GRP). Due to the special formulation, adhesion to other, difficult substrates, without prior sanding, is also possible without any problems. Mipa 1K-Haftpromoter can be used on steel, aluminum (also polished or anodized), galvanized substrates, stainless steel (also polished), non-ferrous metals (also polished), chrome-plated substrates, powder coatings and KTL coatings. The material offers great time savings due to fast drying and recoatability as well as the elimination of sanding. Can be painted over with Mipa 1-component and 2-component top coats. Mipa 1-component Adhesion Promoter is colorless and UV-stable and can therefore also be overpainted with Mipa clear coats.

1K-rust protection primer
For industrial indoor and outdoor use of machinery, plant and equipment, metal constructions etc. made of steel. With high content of zinc phosphate, weather resistant, very good running, adhesive, impact, scratch and water resistant.
Note: Only for the professional application. Cannot be painted over with high solid Mipa 2K topcoats. Outdoor storage of approx. 5 days is possible without a top coat.
