2K-polyurethane acrylic varnish, application with UBS spray gun
For scratch resistant and robust coating of transport surfaces (e.g. pickup loading areas) and highly stressed surfaces on commercial vehicles, off-road vehicles, camping vehicles and trailers. Wear resistant, very good mechanical and chemical resistance, high stability, resistant to fuels and oils, has a noise-suppressing effect. Allows extremely thick-layer applications. Easy to use, as 750ml of stock paint are pre-filled in 1,1 liter underbody protection containers. Only 250ml Mipa 2K hardener H5 or H10 need to be added. Shake the mixture vigorously in the can and then apply using a UBS spray gun.

As a topcoat for two-coat finishes. Good weather resistance and gasoline resistance provided with a short contact time. Yield: 6 - 8 m² / l

2-component HS express paint, low-viscosity
For a fast and efficient refinish (express technology), which ensures extremely fast drying by oven as well as by air. Due to the special formulation, Mipa 2K express clearcoat CX 11 hardens very quickly at room temperature (20°C) and can be polished by hand after approx. 50minutes of drying. For more intensive polishing with a polishing machine, this is possible after approx. 90 minutes. For partial car painting and use in the spot repair. Ready to use after addition of hardener, resistant to environmental and weather influences, resistant to yellowing and offers a lasting gloss retention and a very good scratch resistance.

For the full and partial painting of passenger cars and commercial vehicles with a particularly brilliant clearcoat and optimum flow on solvent- and water-based paints. Guarantees an optimum hardening with oven drying as well as room temperature drying. Can be polished immediately after forced drying and has high resistance to all weather conditions, as well as chemical and mechanical loads. Also suitable as a protective varnish for neon colours (daily luminous colours). Simple and safe processing in all climatic conditions.

Thanks to new binder technology, it is particularly easy to process and ideally suitable for over-painting water-based paints. Excellent gloss preservation. Due to its high resistance to micro-scratches (produced e.g. by washing lines) and chemicals, it is particularly suitable for the high-quality full and partial painting of cars, motorcycles and commercial vehicles.

Also suitable as a protective varnish for neon colours (daily luminous colours). The application is very variable due to the combination with different Mipa 2-component HS hardeners and dilutions. Excellent drying properties, especially with oven drying.

Especially for the overcoating of basecoats (Mipa BC and Mipa WBC) on plastic surfaces. Excellent weather and yellowing resistance. High mechanical and chemical resistance. The gloss level corresponds to the common, gloss-reduced plastic coatings.

For full and partial paintworks on cars and commercial vehicles and provides a particularly brilliant finish and an optimal flow on solvent- or water-based basecoats. Assures a very fast surface drying and complete curing during both oven drying and drying at room temperature. Can be polished optimally immediately after force drying and presents high resistance to all kind of weathering as well as to chemical and mechanical strains. Also suitable as protective topcoat for neon colours (daylight fluorescent colours). Easy and reliable processing under all climatic conditions.
Note from the manufacturer: While conventional, quick-drying clearcoats usually thicken very quickly after the addition of hardener and this leads to poor clearcoat flow, Mipa 2K-HS clear paint CC 9 guarantees a constant spray viscosity for up to one hour after the addition of hardener (refers to Mipa 2K-HS hardener HS 25 and HS 35). This means that longer painting work is possible without any problems with an optimal clear coat. This leads to a reliable application behavior and significantly reduces the risk of incorrect paintwork.

2-component HS express varnish, high-solid acrylic varnish
For fast and efficient refinishing (express technology) especially with oven drying. After drying for 15 minutes at 60°C or alternatively 25 minutes at 40°C, the painted parts can already be polished after cooling. Also suitable for car part painting. Ready for use after addition of Mipa 2K-HS-Hardener. Excellent resistance to environmental and weathering influences, resistant to yellowing and durable gloss retention.
