The Latin word “Via” means “path” and is the inspiration behind the name of our bicycle bag collection, which is designed to provide you with practical luggage solutions on all your journeys.The Via Explorer is the Trojan horse of our collection: compact and unassuming on the outside, but on the inside, it’s a versatile oasis of storage space. That’s because the Carrier Bag can be expanded three different ways! The large main compartment can be expanded upward. Opening the two side compartments reveals two fold-out side pockets. These maintain their shape thanks to the included bottom panel, a hook for attaching to the rear stays, and the zippered Cover.Inside, in addition to the main compartment, there are two small interior pockets and a zippered pocket on the inside of the lid. On the outside, the carrier bag features a mesh compartment on the Cover and an elastic bag on the back. There, you can store items such as a Water Bottle or a jacket. When the Via Explorer is fully expanded, it offers 37 liters of storage space.Thanks to the bag’s water-repellent and 100% recycled polyester exterior, your belongings stay well protected from wind and weather. Should it rain heavily, you can provide your luggage with additional protection from the elements using the included Rain Cover. The reflective elements on the Via Explorer provide you with added visibility in traffic when it’s dark.Thanks to its compatibility with MIK 2.0, AVS, Racktime Snap-it, or Racktime Snap-it 2.0, the Via Explorer can be mounted easily and securely on your bike rack. If your bike doesn’t have a MIK, AVS, or Racktime Carrier, you can simply swap out the Adapter Plate. The Via Explorer has a double bottom that is connected with Velcro—if you lift one of these bottoms, the Screws on the Adapter Plate become visible, allowing you to remove it. You can then mount a different Adapter Plate instead, provided the hole pattern matches. With the included Carrying Straps, you can also carry the Via Explorer comfortably and take it with you anywhere.
