The Rok from CONTEC is just right for you if you have a head circumference of 55cm - 59cm. With the Twist2Lock you can set it a little tighter or wider if necessary. The visor is firmly attached to the helmet. It offers you even more protection and should also ensure that you get used to changing light conditions better and faster in the forest. Cutouts in the MTB helmet provide comfortable ventilation, especially when the tour becomes exhausting. The Rok has 19 vents. The Rok can be closed with a buckle. Certification according to DIN EN 1078 confirms that the Rok meets the basic safety requirements.
