If you weigh more or less, however, the medium spring can be replaced with another variant, so that the post responds optimally. The replacement springs are available in the following hardnesses: soft = 50-70kg rider weight medium = 70-85kg rider weight hard = 85-100kg rider weight extra hard = 100-130 kg rider weight
