This breakaway cable holder, also known as a Dutch eye, is mounted on the neck of the Trailer Coupling on the towing vehicle to connect the breakaway cable of the trailer to it (in Switzerland only for permanently mounted trailer hitches). The Spring Pawl prevents it from slipping out unintentionally.
