The lift is lifted by means of trapezoidal threaded spindles made of special steel, the lifting carriages are braked by self-locking spindle threads. The platform is equipped with fully protected internal guides, support nuts made of special material to reduce lubrication to a minimum and self-locking follower nuts. 4 ball-bearing Wheels on each lifting carriage in conjunction with 4 adjustable plain bearings ensure a perfect fit and the best possible gliding performance. The synchronization of the 2 lifting carriages is monitored by an electronic device and automatically adjusted if the height difference is more than 15 mm. The construction is extremely stable and the electrical system complies with EEC standards.
