Ensures a continuous power supply when the ignition is switched on, this completely eliminates any quiescent currents that occur, suitable for vehicles with iroginal 12 volt turn signal voltage, e.g. when mounting turn signals with higher power than original, of turn signals on vehicles with plus (+) to ground (-), for flasher combinations (turn signal, taillight and brake light).
