High-strength, low-viscosity, green methacrylate-based Screw Retention
Prevents unwanted movement, self-loosening, leakage and corrosion in the thread and is vibration-resistant. Through threads are sealed at the same time. Particularly suitable for chrome-plated surfaces. Tolerates minor oily soiling from industrial oils. For all metal threaded connections. Fluoresces under UV light.
Technical data: Breakaway torque Screws M10: 38 Nm, Manual strength on steel: 10 min, Manual strength on brass: 4 min, Manual strength on stainless steel: 25 min, Application temperature range: -55 °C to +150 °C, Dismantling: Heat nut or screw locally to approx. 250 °C and dismantle in heated condition.
