Sports crankshafts are not StVZO approved!
Sport crankshafts have partially polished connecting rods, the modified crankshaft cheeks (full cheeks) result in increased pre-compression and a better gas flow. The resulting higher engine speeds result in improved starting behavior and better overall performance. Recommended in conjunction with tuning cylinders.
