The new A975 No-Fil SG product has been developed for the most common sanding operations on painted parts, composite materials, gelcoat in shipbuilding, wood and non-ferrous metals. It is suitable for sandering stronger or more resistant surfaces such as ceramic coatings. The combination of SG and heat-treated aluminum oxide enables a very aggressive, cool cut with high wear resistance and a longer service life. The fiber-reinforced latex-treated B-paper provides 50 - 60 % higher tensile strength with great flexibility. The product can therefore be used for dry and wet sanding. In addition, the water-based No-Fil anti-clogging coating prevents premature clogging while extending the service life. Thanks to the use of a special backing, there are no color pigments in the bond or No-Fil coating, which prevents soiling of the workpiece.
