For the most common sanding operations on painted parts, composites, gelcoat in shipbuilding, wood, and non-ferrous metals. It is particularly suitable for sanding thicker or more resistant surfaces such as ceramic paints. The combination of SG and heat-treated aluminum oxide enables a very aggressive, cool cut, with high wear resistance and a service life twice as long as that of conventional products. The fiber-reinforced, latex-treated B-paper provides 50–60% higher tear strength with excellent flexibility. The product can therefore be used for both dry and wet sanding. In addition, the water-based No-Fil anti-clogging coating prevents premature clogging and extends service life. Thanks to the use of a unique backing, there are no color pigments in the bond or the No-Fil coating, which prevents contamination of the workpiece.
