For more riding fun and reliabilityPrecise and wireless shifting, biting and hydraulic brakes - with the "Rival AXS" Shifter and Brake Unit, SRAM offers you the perfect combination for your road or gravel bike if you don't want to compromise on riding fun and safety.Both Shift Levers control the Rear Derailleurs. They are configured this way by default: The rear derailleur shifts into a heavier gear via the right-hand Shift Lever and into an easier gear via the left-hand one. However, you can also use the "AXS" app to customize the shifting behavior and switch assignment.The brake pads are made from an organic composite material, which is why the brakes are significantly quieter than with metal pads. The DOT 5.1 Brake Fluid enables comparatively longer maintenance intervals with this hydraulic Brake Unit. The brake rotors and a flat-mount adapter are not included in the scope of delivery.
