Compared to the "normal" Torx profile, the enlargement of the 6 torque transmitting flanks between tool and screw is realized by an elliptical and not circular profile design. This distributes the force applied when screwing over larger areas and additionally increases the service life of the screw and tool. Suitable for holders according to DIN ISO 1173-D 6,3
