An HC synthetic lubricant specially formulated to meet Volkswagen AG's Long Life III requirements in addition to VW specifications - VW 504.00 and 507.00. This is a mid SAPS oil that complies with Euro IV and Euro V emissions regulations and protects the diesel particulate filter. This viscosity grade has been proven to provide higher fuel economy than grade 5W30.

Note: The operating regulations of the vehicle and engine manufacturers must be followed.

Manufacturer's application information:
Downward compatible: 504.00 and 507.00 override all previous VW specifications (502.00, 503.00, 503.01, 505.00, 506.00 and 506.01) for all Volkswagen AG vehicles (Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda) with extended oil change intervals (30,000 km or 2 years) from year of manufacture 2007. Note: This oil is not recommended for V10 TDI and five-cylinder 2.5 TDI engines with a year of manufacture prior to 2007 for which specification 506.01 applies. First generation engines with pump injectors should use specification 505.01.
