BIKESERVICE Cooling System & Radiator Pressure Test Set

For easy leak test checking of the of cooling systems and the function of the pressure relief valve on the radiator cap.

Instruction: checking the tightness of the cooler system
The adapters BS0244B and BS0244C are screwed onto the radiator opening instead of the original radiator cap using a bayonet lock. The hand pump is now connected to the adapter via the quick release.

Instruction: Check the function of the pressure relief valve on the radiator cap
The adapter BS0244F is connected to the hand pump via the quick release. Now connect the BS0244D or BS0244E connecting piece to the BS0244F adapter using a bayonet lock. The desired radiator cap can now be turned onto the open side of the BS0244D or BS0244E adapter.

Usage:
The check may only be carried out when the engine is switched off. Make sure that the coolant and the engine are cold so that no coolant can reach hot engine parts in the event of a leak.
