UV leak detection additive for vehicle AC systems
Very accurate and simple method to visualize the smallest leaks in automotive air conditioning systems. It is injected an ultraviolet dye in the A/C system. This UV agent is based on Ester oil and circulates with the oil through the system. At the smallest leaks it comes out and you can make it visible with a special UV lamp (not blue light bulb). Before entering, make sure that only solvent-free UV additives are used (SAE J2297 certified) and that the manufacturer's warranty has been respected.
Dosing: 7,5ml (for one A/C system with 1,8kg coolant R134a or R1234yf) or add 2% of the oil amount to additive (corresponds to approx. 33 passenger car applications)
