Put the manometer on the low pressure connection of the running air-conditioning and read pressure value. A functioning automotive air conditioning has a low pressure of approx. 2 bar. If the pressure remains 0 bar or significantly higher, the air conditioning is without function. An accurate diagnosis is only possible with a high and low pressure, e.g. with the CGS 2-valve diaphragm test fitting "M2W".
