Deposits on the valves and the surface of the nozzle needle reduce the flow of fuel and degrade the injection behavior. These mixed deposits lead to higher pollutant emissions, increased consumption and irregular engine running. The mixture formation is disturbed and the operating behavior of the engine deteriorates.
