Lifting is performed by trapezoidal threaded spindles made of special steel, while the lifting carriages are braked by self-locking spindle threads. The platform is equipped with fully protected internal guides, support nuts made of special material to reduce lubrication to a minimum and self-locking follower nuts. 4 ball-bearing rollers on each lifting carriage in conjunction with 4 adjustable slide bearings ensure a perfect fit and the best gliding performance. The synchronization of the 2 lifting carriages is monitored by an electronic device and automatically regulated if the height difference is more than 15 mm. The construction is extremely stable and the electrical system complies with EEC standards.
