LOCTITE repair tape "SI 5075"

Non-adhesive, self-sealing universal tape, 25 mm x 4.27 m
Silicone, insulating and sealing tape for temporary repairs to flexible tubes and pipes. Suitable for temporary repairs. It achieves a tensile shear strength of 50 kg/cm², can be stretched to 3 times its original length, achieves an immediate sealing effect and is resistant to UV light, salt water, fuels and acids.

Instructions for use:
Remover LOCTITE® SI 5075 from the Protective Foil. Unroll sufficient silicone tape for the repair in question. Press one end onto the surface and wrap. Wind the silicone tape tightly over the damaged area under strong tension. To achieve the required sealing effect at the repair area, the winding must overlap by two thirds. Finally, wind the end of the tape overlapping onto the previous layer.
