High-strength, low-viscosity, green, methacrylate-based Screw Retention
Prevents unwanted movement, self-loosening, leaks, and corrosion in the thread, and is vibration-resistant. Through-threads are sealed at the same time. Particularly suitable for chrome-plated surfaces. Tolerates minor contamination from industrial oils. For all metal threaded connections. Fluoresces under UV light.
Technical Data: Breakaway torque for M10 screws: 38 Nm, hand-tightening time on steel: 10 min, hand-tightening time on brass: 4 min, hand-tightening time on stainless steel: 25 min, operating temperature range: -55 °C to +150 °C, disassembly: Heat the nut or screw locally to approx. 250 °C and disassemble while still hot.
