With the 8-speed "Altus" derailleur gears from SHIMANO and the slightly profiled tires, the unisex hildren's bike really comes into its own on longer tours and off-road. The gears are changed intuitively using the Twist Grip Shifter. It comes to a halt thanks to the powerful V-brakes.The developers at NOXON deliberately designed the "Banjo 26" to weigh as little as possible - and they succeeded. At 9.7 kg, the 26'' frame is a real lightweight. The decision to dispense with complicated chainring changes plays into their hands here. But even with 8 gears, the young cyclists can set a good pace and race through the countryside or go on longer tours with their parents.
