blackApplication: The wheels are mounted using an axle and two plastic washers per side, along with a Starlock cap. Please make sure that the axle is inserted from the outside and the Starlock cap is placed on from the inside. The Starlock washer can be secured with a light tap from a Rubber Hammer.
