Because it really does come with everything that the top shelf of component manufacturers has to offer. Need a small example?The "AVYON 12" not only features the "Performance CX" drive and the PowerTube 750 Battery from the Bosch Smart System, but also the Kiox 300 color display and the brand-new Bosch anti-lock braking system (ABS). The latter is remarkable in that the ABS is only used on three Victoria models of the current year.This not only adds even more capacity to the SUV overlanding segment, but also enriches it with a decisive safety component. This is because the Front Wheel tends to break away suddenly, especially when braking in corners on unpaved surfaces. Thanks to ABS, any resulting crashes are now a thing of the past. Additional safety at the front is also provided by the air-sprung Fork, which offers its 100 mm of travel in a finely tuned manner.Speaking of suspension: the seatpost is also suspended and fulfills a dual function as a suspension dropper post. It can also be lowered, which makes it easier to touch the ground with your feet when dismounting.As derailleur gears are often used on SUV bikes due to the wider gear range, the Shimano "Deore XT" changes the 11 gears on the "AVYON 12".The new eRuban SUV all-round tires from Continental, on the other hand, provide more tires thanks to the energy-saving tread. The higher shoulder lugs, on the other hand, provide the necessary grip on damp meadows and loose ground.The 120 lux LED headlight is also happy to extend the tour into the dark. A special highlight: the Front Light has a high beam function that can be activated at the touch of a button on the Handlebar, which further enhances visibility at night.The "AVYON 12" is available in two frame versions. As with all new Victoria developments, the Bosch PowerTube 750 batteries integrated in the down tube can be removed upwards, which is much more convenient than downwards. However, in view of the large capacity and the associated battery weight, we recommend charging directly on the bike wherever possible.
