Forms a compact waxy protective film that does not become brittle, protecting against most environmental, direct weather influences (including flue gas), atmosphere and salt water. Suitable also for protection and insulation of electrical cable lugs and screw terminals. Cab be removed by white spirit or petroleum solvents or "BRUNOX Turbo-Spray" when protection is no longer required

Note: Film thickness min. 20 µm. With a dry film thickness from approx. 50 µm, the best possible corrosion protection is achieved. A wet film thickness of 125 µm gives a dry film thickness of 50 µm. This requires a 0,63 l/m².

Corrosion protection and lubricants, thixotropic
The product is used for metal products, machines and sports equipment during storage and transportation in a closed environment (up to 3 years), in covered outdoor areas (up to 1 year) and in outdoor areas (up to 5 months). It forms a very even, non-drying corrosion protection film that also penetrates into corners and edges that are difficult to access. It is also resistant to acidic atmospheres and other environmental influences.

Note: The applied layer thickness should be approx. 5 - 20 μm, i.e. 20 - 40 m² of surface can be treated per liter. After protection, it can be cleaned with
detergents, e.g. anionic wetting agents.

For the protection of all cavities in the engine compartment or in doors, pillars, door sills, etc. Can be applied on layers based on PVC, PVC-wax, bitumen/rubber KTL and rubber/resin. Leaves a moisture-repellent film, has a high temperature resistance (up to 120°C) and is also to use in low tempertures (from 10°C).

For repair work on the underbody, wheel arch, front and rear area. Used on visible vehicle parts such as door sills of self-adhesive protection against rockfall, road salt and moisture corrosion. Suitable also for restoring the various surface structures after repair on vehicles of all kinds.

Note: The light version is dyeable and mixable with water-based paints and demineralized water. For coloring it is possibe to add a 30 Vol% ready-to-spray water-based varnish. Smooth surfaces, as well as fine to coarse structures can be produced by the variation by mixing proportions, processing pressure and distances.

Finely atomizable coating compund, abrasion resistant and suitable for spraying fine structures. For use on visible vehicle parts, such as front bumper, rear apron and door sill as protection against stone chipping, road salt and moisture corrosion. Can already be painted shortly after applying. It is also used to supplement stone chip protection coverings as well as for punctual work and repairs after an accident repair as well as to coat primed, coated metals or painted parts.

Attention: Can be overcoated after 15 minutes with standard vehicle paint systems. It should be overcoated within the first 6 hours for best results. A trouble-free oven drying is possible at approx. 60°C. Avoid in the first weeks an exceptional mechanical stresses (e.g. washing machine). The information provided by the paint manufacturer must always be observed for the mechanical load-bearing capacity of this painted surface!
