Through a larger filter area, the air passage and air flow are increased, whereby the air passage reduces the fuel consumption and the air flow increases the power of the engine.
The DNA filter medium consists of four layers of special DNA cotton fabric which are held together by two coated aluminum wire braids. Due to the special folding technique of the filter medium, the inner radius of the pleat tips and the resulting surfaces serve for additional filtering. The maintenance and cleaning of the filters is very easy thanks to the DNA service kit.

The K&N universal air filter are designed and manufactured for a wide variety of applications. Regardless of the angle or offset diameter of the air intake, there is probably a K&N universal air filter for every device. All filters are constructed with ultra-strong molded pliable rubber flanges which absorb vibration and allow for secure attachment and can also be stretched for up to 1,5mm (1/16"), to fit in-between sizes. Available in round, conical (cone) and oval design for many demands

The racing air filters of the E5 series are available with a straight and 30° inclined design. Both versions are suitable for racing purposes and are therefore easy to dismantle. The red polyurethane foam has perfect filter properties with high air passage and is self-extinguishing.
