Remark from the producer: "It is not allowed to fill refrigerant to the leaking air conditioner, also not for the purpose of leak detection. The leakage must be first repaired before filling the system with refrigerant (§3 Abs.3)". That means for the mechanic : When a refrigeration or air conditioning system does not have pressure (without refrigerant), must be filled and pressed with e.g. nitrogen or forming gas first.
