The CONTEC platform pedal "Black22" is optimally designed for these requirements: The one-piece aluminium body offers a large contact area and high torsional stiffness with a total weight of both pedals of 420 g.The sturdy axle made of high-quality CrMo steel with the typical 9/16" thread also contributes to the stability and long service life of the pedal. Smooth-running, sealed cartridge bearings ensure supple pedalling and good acceleration. The CONTEC platform pedal "Black22" can also be tuned to individual needs on and off the road by means of removable reflectors and replaceable pins (R-pins) and can be used for a long time without any compromises.Lost or worn pins can easily be replaced with new single or different coloured R-pins made of aluminium or steel, which are screwed into the respective threads with the appropriate spanner. The platform pedal "Black22" meets the demands of enthusiastic mountain bikers by using high-quality and durable materials and sensible features.
