The CONTEC MTB stem "Brut 6" for 1 1/8” (28.6 mm) fork steerer tube diameters meets the requirements of the latest technical developments. This black MTB stem is ideal for extended frames, which have been increasingly used in recent years.The handlebar stem is forged from lightweight aluminium 6061 3D. The material was anodised in black and sandblasted. The stem fits Ahead geometry and is manufactured according to the EN MTB STANDARD. The faceplate can be removed and it has an ergonomic angle of +/- 6°. The stack height of the steerer tube clamp is 40 mm. The assembly and replacement are carried out with several stainless steel clamp bolts.The "Brut 6" is available in various lengths and with different handlebar clamps making it suitable for all types of bicycles. Its careful processing makes it durable, robust and comfortable to use.
