Always supplied in sets for one vehicle. Lighter weights than the standard weight = better tightening. Deviations from the standard weight do not comply with the StVZO.
Normal round vario rollers wear out after a certain time and flatten in one or more places. This immediately causes jerky and uneven acceleration.
Dr. Pulley has already integrated these flats into its angled Wheels. As a result, the corner rollers no longer twist, always slide in the same place and wear evenly. The result is an astonishing, unprecedented ride quality and increased and even acceleration without jerking. The special self-lubricating polymer nylon material results in excellent sliding properties on the aluminum material of the variator, as well as a considerably longer service life. Do not use any additional greases or lubricants as they are self-lubricating. With Dr. Pulley rollers, it is recommended to use approx. 10-15 % lighter rollers than the original ones. This results in a much stronger and smoother acceleration at the same top speed.
