With 2 PVC safety handles, Air tire on steel rim or full rubber tire on special plastic rim with precision deep groove ball bearing and plastic wheel cap. Support castor made of thermoplastic rubber on plastic rim with precision deep groove ball bearing (grey, "traceless").
Tip: Not suitable for plastic drums.
