Chain E8 from KMC Chains on pedelecs have to withstand significantly higher stresses than standard chains. More weight, higher speeds and powerful drives are the reasons for this. KMC has developed its E8 chain especially for the pedelec parts market. If you ride a bike with an 8-speed drive, the E8 chain is just right for you. As the chain is made of steel with 122 links, it is particularly hard-wearing. A special anti-rust coating makes the chain particularly robust and hard-wearing. In order to be able to close the chain properly, a Connecting Link is included in the scope of delivery, which connects the two loose ends.
