Tube no. 17 from SCHWALBEYou can't even see it on the bike, and yet every bike needs (at least) two of its kind: the inner tube. The ETRTO dimension on the side of the tire provides information about the appropriate tube. The first two digits before the dash indicate the tire width in mm, the digits after the dash indicate the inner diameter of the tire, which is 27" and 28" for No. 17. For the valve and the correct length, it is best to use the old tube as a guide: the Blitz DV valve for No. 17 is 40 mm.
