VICTORIA Electric SUV "FYBRON 8" (#1)

The carbon monocoque frame of the "FYBRON" is lightweight and offers maximum riding stability. The top model is the FYBRON 8, one of the models that takes lightweight construction to the extreme with its components. In addition to the main frame, the cranks, handlebar, stem and seatpost are also made from the composite material.Around 24kg is therefore a peak value, considering that the "PowerTube 750" battery already weighs 4,4kg. Saving off weight has also been done elsewhere: Superlight tubes and the lightweight MTB tyres with a particularly low rolling resistance tread further reduce the overall weight.In addition to the weight saving, the carbon frame naturally offers a completely different advantage: the design is seamless and organic due to no visible joints as with welded aluminium frames. It looks as if it has been cast from a single mould. This is further emphasised by the paint finish on all FYBRON models. The main frame colour in FYBRON 8 is wheat beige. The paint gets darker the further down the frame it goes. The effect is also emphasized by the matt black separating paint that runs from the head tube to the down tube and back up to the seat tube.In riding practice, the carbon overlander knows how to impress. The responsive derailleur shifts the 12 gears with sporty speed. The air-sprung FOX AWL (Adventure without Limits) 100mm fork was specially developed for use on fully equipped SUV e-bikes and responds extremely sensitively.The 120 lux LED front light makes touring into the late hours possible. A special highlight: the front light has a high beam function that can be activated at the touch of a button on the handlebars, which further enhances visibility at night.The total permissible weight of the FYBRON series is 140 kg. All three models are available in two frame versions. As with all new Victoria developments, the Bosch PowerTube battery integrated in the down tube can be removed from the top, but can of course also be charged directly in the bike when installed.
